i-Literacy is a research and teaching process that follows what is called the 'information lifecycle' from conceptualizing an information need or idea to producing and sharing information with a broad reach. The difference between this model and other search, research, and information literacy models is the deliberation with which each step addresses and supports engaging with diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice initiatives.
