Dr. Courtney Douglass has been teaching and conducting research in/ on higher ed for 17 years. She is particularly fond of mixed-methods and qualitative research, and guiding students through developing topics to finding, documenting, and compiling sources. Moreover, she enjoys helping junior researchers find their voice; and believes that research is one of the best forms of advocacy.
