Data and Statistics

   

  • 2017 Maryland Report Card   The data on this site includes results from the Alt MSA, MSA Science for Grades 5 and 8, and the PARCC exams as well as information on attendance, enrollment and students receiving special services. Data is for all 24 districts in Maryland.
  • National Center for Education Statistics  The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), located within the U.S. Department of Education and the Institute of Education Sciences, is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data related to education.
  • National Assessment of Educational Progress  The National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) is the onlynationally representative and continuing assessment of what America's students know and can do in various subject areas.  Assessments are conducted periodically in mathematics, reading, science, writing, the arts, civics, economics, geography and U.S. history.
  • Kids Count-Annie E. Casey Foundation  Data from the Annie E. Casey Foundation's 2007 KIDS COUNT Data Center are available at the city, state, national and community-leve.  Generate custom graphs, maps, and charts from the data.
  • Education Week Research Center  The Education Counts database contains more than 250 state-level K-12 eduation indicators, many spanning multiple years.  Included are data collected for Education Week's annual reports, Quality Counts and Technology Counts. You can use the custom table builder to create a table, graph,or map of any indicators you wish.
